COURSE INTRODUCTION
Basic Field Ergonomics provide workers with the information they need to understand ergonomic hazards, recognize them in their workplace and know how to avoid them. Topics covered in this training:
- Understanding ergonomic injuries
- Basic ergonomics assessment
- Manual handling of load and minimizing risk of injuries
- Work preparation and safe work procedures (ergonomics approach)
- How to lift, push & pull things safely.
