COURSE INTRODUCTION
Prolonged exposure to driving cars has been identified as a risk factor for low back pain and other musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Those who drive cars as part of their job, for example, sales people, road transport operations, such as Depot Managers, Operations Supervisors, Logistic Officer, and Transport & Safety Officers are at particular risk. This course will provide all knowledge on how to prevent injuries when working on our tasks.
OBJECTIVE OF THE COURSE

- To apply practical ways to reduce ergonomics risk for prolonged driving with Safety at top priority
