Aard Zain is a trained principal ergonomist by Human Factor Technology Center of Excellence from Houston and became Ergonomics Advisor, Ergonomics Lead & Contact in conducting Ergonomics Risk Assessment, RSIs, MSDs cases and structure the ergonomics processes and network for ExxonMobil Malaysia Affiliates. He has more than 10 years of experienced in conducting various types of training & managing ergonomics program such as Basic & Advance Ergonomics at Workplace, Home Ergonomics, Driving Ergonomics to Lead Country Manager and Vice President of ExxonMobil Malaysia Affiliates, Managers, Supervisors & Employees. He resolved more than 300 cases of MSDs & RSIs issues for ExxonMobil Malaysia Affiliates over 9 years of service as Ergonomics Advisor and more than 100 cases for other big companies in Malaysia. His experienced has proven his competencies in providing ergonomics solutions to clients.
