Introduction:

The Foundation level is designed as an introduction to ITIL 4 and enables candidates to look at IT service management through a brand new end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services, which is the prerequisite to ITIL 4 for providing an end-to-end IT/digital operating model for the delivery and operation role in wider business strategy.

About the course:

This course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the ITIL 4 concepts, terminology and principles being applied for IT Service Management. Consisting of two key components: The four dimensions model and The service value system (SVS), ITIL 4 embraces key concepts from Lean, Agile and DevOps to provide an integrated, collaborative & holistic approach to deliver business value for an organization.
